On the 6th and 7th of April, 2022, the Yes C+C team met in Lisbon, Portugal to discuss next steps. The meeting was hosted by Helder Luiz Santos from Conversas Associação Internacional (CAI). Partners deliberated over the content of the module curriculum, which includes eight categories: 1) Introduction to Cultural and Creative Sector; 2) Digitalisation and Technology Innovations; 3) Green your Cultural and Creative Project; 4) Cultural and Creative Entrepreneurship; 5) Cross-Sectional Parameters; 6) Financing a Creative and Cultural Project; 7) Construction of a Creative Project as a Brand; and 8) The Social Value of a Creative Project.
Beyond project meetings, CAI organized several enriching and engaging field trips to the outskirts of Lisbon (PARTIS – Artistic Practices for Social Inclusion) into the heart of Almada (Quarteirão das Artes) and along the waterfront of Belém (Fundação da Juventude partnership for youth placements at MAAT – The Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology).
The team also discussed plans for the online platform (where participants will enroll), recruiting mentors and participants in home countries for the coursework in late Summer/Fall, and the dissemination of project details and upcoming events on project and partner media platforms.
Mentors from each project partner are currently meeting in Alicante, Spain to get acclimated to the project and to contribute their knowledge and expertise. We are excited and look forward to sharing with you those developments. Stay tuned!
